1. Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for most products. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@elitesuri.com or call 580-379-2284. We will assist you with the return process and provide return instructions.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Elitesuri does not accept returns on certain products, including opened food items, diapers, baby bottles, pacifiers, and personalized items.
  • Gift cards are also non-returnable.

3. Refund Process:

  • After receiving your returned item, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for your purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong or damaged product.

4. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will gladly offer a full refund or exchange at no additional charge, including return shipping costs.

5. Return Shipping:

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered safely.
