1. Return and Exchange Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Elitesuri. If you’re not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item under the following conditions:
- Time Frame: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition of Items: The product(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. All tags must remain attached to the items for them to be eligible for a return or exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Baby clothing that has been worn or washed
- Personal care items, such as pacifiers or bottles, that have been opened or used
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to info@elitesuri.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Our customer service team will assist you in the return process.
Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: If only part of your order is returned, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the value of the returned item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If the item is defective or was damaged during shipping, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged item so we can assist you.
4. Exchanges
